How fees work
The design fee is fixed once the scope is agreed, and it pays for our time, never a percentage of what you spend. Furniture and finishes are billed separately at our trade cost plus 15 percent.

Start with two hours at your house
A designer walks every room with you, measures, listens, and sends written notes the same week. The visit is $450, and it comes off your design fee if we go on to work together.
