We are six designers on the Mesa who take on about nine houses a year, so the person who measures your rooms is the person who hangs the last picture.
We keep what you love, buy the rest to last and put every price in writing before anything is ordered. The same install crew has worked with us since 2017, and they will be the ones carrying your sofa up the stairs.
Six recent projects from the Riviera to Ojai, each photographed a few months after install day.

Our houses have appeared in
What clients tell us a year later
“We gave Linden a floor plan and a Pinterest board we were embarrassed by. Seven months later our kids actually sit in the living room, and the budget moved by $3,200, which they told us about in writing before it happened.”
Marisol Alvarez
Riviera, Santa Barbara. Whole house, 2025
“They kept my grandmother’s desk and built the study around it. Install day took six hours and I did not lift a thing.”
Diane Whitcomb
The Mesa, Santa Barbara. Living room and study, 2024
“The kitchen drawings were so complete our contractor stopped calling us with questions. We were cooking again in eleven weeks.”
Sam Okafor
Montecito. Kitchen and family room, 2025
Questions we hear first
Something else on your mind? Call the studio and a designer will pick up.
Do you charge for the consultation?
Is there a minimum project size?
How long does a whole house take?
Can we keep furniture we already own?
Do you mark up furniture?
Do you work outside Santa Barbara?
Start with two hours at your house
A designer walks every room with you, measures, listens, and sends written notes the same week. The visit is $450, and it comes off your design fee if we go on to work together.
