The brief
Three bedrooms that had been furnished from whatever came with the house. The Morenos wanted the primary room to face the water and the guest rooms to be ready for family at a day's notice.
What we did
We turned the bed to face the window, drew a low oak platform that sits under the sill line and hung a woven pendant so the ceiling light never competes with the view. Bedding is stonewashed Belgian linen in two colours, so every set works in every room.
What changed
The guest rooms are booked most weekends by the family. The install took one day, and the only thing the Morenos bought afterwards was a second set of sheets.

“It sleeps like a hotel now, and it still feels like our house.”

Start with two hours at your house
A designer walks every room with you, measures, listens, and sends written notes the same week. The visit is $450, and it comes off your design fee if we go on to work together.
